The hidden war ends (2028 to 2032)‍ ‍

For the last ten years it has been difficult to say anything clear about the future because it has been shrouded in the fog of war. There has been an undeclared covert war, not between nations but waged between powerful transnational factions operating within nations behind the scenes. Like a plot straight out of Ian Fleming or John le Carré, it has involved a vast international anti-corruption push against a shadowy criminal oligarchy, one that held a great deal of power. The result has been something like a hidden global civil war or global regime change – a war of transition from the old world to the new. It has been a war on multiple system fronts, including information war, which has made interpretation and commentary difficult.

However, the war is now drawing to a close and as the fog clears an entirely new landscape is coming into view. This website is intended as a window into the new future, an attempt to present an overview of what is coming during the next few years and continuing into the second half of the century.

The unfolding situation involves a major discontinuity on every front. The very high level of newness will take time to absorb, psychologically and in practice. This website is merely a harbinger of what is to come, sketched at a high level. The intention is to provide a general sense, a rough map, to help readers orient and navigate in the conditions now unfolding.
